Roof Upgrade in Millburn, New Jersey!

On this home, we installed a new Owens Corning Duration shingle roof in the color Estate Gray.

New gutters and Xtreme gutter screens. 

This customer was experiencing a leak by her fireplace, due to an improper pitch behind her chimney.

Our crew built out a chimney cricket to divert water away from the chimney and down the roof. Without proper water diversion, rain, leaves and other debris can collect against the back of the chimney, leading to increased chances of leaks and potential long-term structural damage.

Chimney crickets are required when the chimney width parallel to the ridgeline is more than 30 inches and in the lower 3rd of the roof.  After building out the cricket, we re-flashed the chimney where there was cracks and it was worn down.
