John Novalis Jr. Joins the Business
John Novalis’s son, John, completed his Active Duty in the Marine Corps and started working full-time with his Father in the roofing business.
October 15
Dave Novalis Joins the Family Business
John’s other son, Dave Novalis, completed his Active Duty in the Marine Corps and started full-time in the Roofing business with his Brother and Father. The company name was changed to John Novalis and Sons Roofing, and continued operating out of Florham Park.
September 7
Novalis Roofing and John Novalis Roofing Form
John & Dave went their separate ways, splitting the company into two separate companies. Dave Novalis started Novalis Roofing and operated out of Chatham, NJ. John Novalis continued with the original name of “John Novalis Roofing” and operated out of Florham Park.
August 17
John Novalis and Sons Form
Jonathan Novalis graduated from Fairfield University and went into business with his Father full-time. The company name was changed to John Novalis and Son. The company continued in the roofing business but did remodeling work and built a few custom homes.
