Pat is our dedicated operations manager. He plays a crucial role in overseeing both our production and field crews. With a presence that spans between the office and the warehouse, Pat ensures that all teams have the necessary materials and resources to carry out their tasks efficiently. Having spent a significant portion of his life in the hills of San Francisco, Pat has developed a deep affection for the city’s sports teams. Whenever he visits SF, he makes it a point to attend their games, whether it’s baseball, football, or basketball season.

Jonathan is the third-generation leader of Novalis. With deep knowledge of the construction industry and a detail-oriented approach, Jonathan successfully leads the company. He oversees operations, visits job sites, meets homeowners, and adds his creative touch to projects. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his kid’s sports, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Andrew is the driving force behind our Sales and Marketing team at Novalis. With his infectious positive energy, he forms strong connections with clients, providing expert guidance throughout their projects, from the initial appointment to the final completion. Andrew’s dedication to customer satisfaction ensures that Novalis consistently exceeds their high expectations with top-notch service. Outside the office, Andrew is a dedicated coach for his son’s t-ball team and his daughter’s youth soccer team. He also has a strong passion for music.

Jim is a seasoned foreman with expertise in all our repair services. For the past 35 years, Jim has dedicated himself to Novalis, starting at the age of 19. Prior to that, Jim’s involvement in the construction industry began when he was 13 years old. He is born and raised in Chatham, NJ. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his dogs.

Luis possesses a wide range of skills as a foreman, excelling in many areas such as roofing, siding, and trim work. His expertise shines particularly in hand-cut trim; where he consistently delivers precise craftsmanship combined with great attention to detail. Originally from Ecuador, Luis has dedicated approximately 35 years to the craft. During his time off, he plays with his dog, Bella or takes his family out to dinner on the weekends.

As a foreman, Fredo provides his crew with comprehensive daily instructions regarding their tasks. He pays careful attention to the safety of his team members, checking that everyone is equipped with the necessary safety gear. With two decades of experience in the roofing industry, Fredo brings a lot of expertise to his work. Originally from Costa Rica, Fredo engages in various hobbies during his free time. He enjoys visiting lakes, occasionally going on day trips to New York City, and taking his family to dining experiences at restaurants.

Marvin’s job as a foreman consists of overseeing the day-to-day operations, efficiently managing tasks, and ensuring that his team has all the necessary materials and equipment to accomplish their work. Alongside his managerial duties, Marvin checks on the well-being of each team member, prioritizing their safety and wellbeing. Originally from Guatemala, Marvin has sharpened his roofing skills with Novalis over a span of 15 years. He carries the valuable knowledge passed down by both second and third generation Novalis roofers. During his spare time, Marvin can be found fishing or watching soccer.

Selvin is one of the skilled foremen at Novalis. As a foreman, Selvin takes on administrative responsibilities, ensuring the team is well-informed about project details and overseeing daily tasks with precision. His meticulous nature allows him to keep track of every detail and plan the work effectively. Prioritizing the needs of his team, Selvin ensures everyone has the required resources and materials for seamless project execution. With eight years of roofing expertise under his belt, his experience and knowledge are valuable assets to our team. Outside of work, Selvin’s love for soccer shines as he enjoys playing with his teammates.

Antonio is one of our accomplished Project Assessors/Managers at Novalis. His primary focus lies in forming leads and conducting appointments for repair projects. Antonio engages with clients, performing thorough inspections to ensure precise assessments. Apart from his client-facing role, Antonio takes on the responsibility of training and managing the repair crew, ensuring seamless project execution. He has been working with Novalis for over 20 years. Outside of work, Antonio’s passion for soccer shines through as he coaches his own team.

Alex, our Project Assessor at Novalis, who plays a pivotal role in assessing projects daily and strategizing the best approach for our valued clients. He ensures that customers are well-informed by bringing samples and remaining actively engaged throughout the project’s lifecycle, from the first assessment to completion. Outside of work, Alex has various hobbies such as fishing, archery, soccer, and golf. A fun fact about Alex is he owns over 20 reptiles and amphibians.

Jon Novalis, our project manager, plays a pivotal role in overseeing the roofing and siding crews on a daily basis. He ensures that each job is executed according to the agreed-upon specifications. Jon grew up in Florham Park and was in the Marine Corps for four years. Following his time in the Marines, he served in the Florham Park Police Department for eight years. After that, Jon became a roofer full time taking after his father’s business. A man of many trades.

Fritz is our project estimator at Novalis. He is responsible for creating proposals for various types of projects. With a keen eye for detail, Fritz identifies and highlights any existing issues within a home, aligning them with the customer’s specific requirements and budget. A UCLA alumnus, Fritz played tennis for the Bruins until he turned pro at 19. He would consider himself a “globe trotter” with the amount of traveling he has done during his days as a tennis player. He now enjoys watching the sport on television and spending time with his two grandsons.

Caitlin is our financial controller at Novalis. In her role, she creates costings for our jobs and ensures they stay within budgeted limits. With expertise in Excel and AccuLynx, she tracks and manages the financial aspects of our projects; always ensuring accuracy and cost control. Caitlin’s organizational skills and keen attention to detail contribute to the team’s success. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and baking. Her current favorite book Is “It Ends with Us” written by Colleen Hoover. A favorite funny show of hers is Schitt’s Creek.

Ana is our dedicated office manager. Her day consists of answering phone calls, booking appointments for our clients, creating proposal sheets, and organizing client files. Ana always has a positive attitude, making sure anyone who she interacts with feels seen. Outside of work, she spends time on her nonprofit organization, which she has been running for 15 years. Her nonprofit organization works to enhance the life of Paraguayan American children through donations, fundraising, and scholarships. Ana loves cooking and her favorite place she has traveled to is Italy.
