Position Title: Content Manager

We’re looking for an all-star, in house content manager to join our team. Your goal is to help us drive qualified traffic, leads, and market our company; by establishing our brand presence as the #1 contractor in New Jersey Home Exteriors.

Novalis Roofing and Siding- We are a third-generation, family owned and operated contractor in Chatham, New Jersey! Our company has over 80 years of experience and we need you to help show what sets us apart from other contractors.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the mastermind behind our content strategy, crafting engaging content that positions Novalis as the #1 contractor in New Jersey Home Exteriors. You’ll leverage your creativity, journalistic curiosity, and marketing savvy to develop content that educates potential customers, builds brand loyalty, and generates qualified leads.

Our content manager must be a passionate brand storyteller with a journalist and marketers mindset, as well as a love for content performance, marketing, and analytics.

Description of duties:

• Publication of three or more new pieces of Social media content weekly
• Company email marketing Newsletter e-blasts
• Ownership of all analytics and reporting of content marketing
• Social media for community engagement and long-term content promotion
• Edit and create web pages with WordPress
• General website updates and enhancements, e.g. new pages and calls-to-action placement
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Professional development and continued education in relevant areas

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Great eye for creativity
• Skilled Editor
• Ready and willing to work
• Basic video editing skills
• Organized and Detail-oriented
• Skilled in analytics

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

A degree in Communication Studies, Journalism or Marketing is highly preferred.

COMPENSATION: 65K/yr
