New Roof and Skylight Installation for this beautiful Summit, New Jersey home!

This homeowner was experiencing a leak in the back of their home where a previous roofer had installed the wrong type of material on a low-slope roof instead of the proper flat roofing material.

Our team Re-decked the original part of the home, which was initially cedar. We used Owens Corning Designer shingles in color Summer Harvest. This color blends beautifully with the stone siding, giving the house a cozy, beautiful new look. 

All skylights were replaced using Velux skylights, including the custom deck-mounted skylights.
