This Chatham, New Jersey home just received a stunning renovation!

Starting off with the front portico renovation; Our team installed a new front portico on the front door using Azek trim with copper details. This gave the home some unique character.

This home didn’t have any previous skylights installed and felt that the house was lacking natural sunlight. We cut, measured and installed three brand new Velux skylights throughout the roof.

We also extended the roof rake in the front of the house, as well as the side of the house using Azek. This detail alone gave the home much more dimension and detail.

Our team added a small side roof over the side door to protect the homeowner from the elements such as rain; as requested.

New White Gutters were installed as well as Xtreme Gutter Screens.

A mason we work closely with transformed the bottom half of the home with a stunning stone.
